At Liz Avery Physiotherapy, I take the time to really listen to your story and understand what’s been holding you back. Every Musculoskeletal Assessment and Treatment starts with a thorough, in-depth assessment, and we work together to agree a treatment plan that feels right for you and your goals. I use a range of evidence-based treatments, including soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation and manipulation, Western acupuncture, exercise rehabilitation, and ongoing symptom management. My aim is to help you reduce pain, restore movement, and build long-term strength and confidence. Conditions I treat: - Neck pain - Shoulder injuries - Elbow pain - Wrist and hand pain - Back pain - Hip and groin pain - Knee pain, with a specialism in post operative knee rehabilitation - Ankle pain - Post operative care - joint replacements - Fracture rehabilitation Unfortunately I am unable to accept private medical insurance referrals at this time.
